6-8 pork chops seasoned with salt, pepper, and
garlic
2 med potatoes sliced
1 onion
4 carrots sliced
1 cup fresh or canned mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup with 1 cup water
added

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients leaving meat on the bottom of baking dish. Bake covered at 400 for 45 minutes. Bake uncovered for additional 15 minutes. Beef steaks or chicken may be substituted for pork chops
