1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 C rice (uncooked)
1/2 C grated onion
salt & pepper
1 tin tomato soup
1/2 water or small tin diced tomatoes
dash Worcestershire

Directions:
Directions:
Place the beef, rice, onion and seasonings in a bowl and mix. Shape into meatballs and place into a prepped baking dish. Mix soup with water/tomatoes & Worst. sauce over top.
Bake 350 - 45 mins (check half way - add water if dry)
