2 cups white rice
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 can drained water chestnuts
2 cans drained shrimp (or 1 bag frozen small salad shrimp)
1 can crab (or imitation crab)
1 cup mayo
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare rice til soft and fluffy. Combine with remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with 1 cup cheddar cheese & sprinkle with paprika. Bake for additional 10 minutes.
