10 oz Spinach
2-3 cups bean sprouts
1 basket fresh raspberries or strawberries
1 cup almonds or pecans
4 oz. Swiss cheese

Poppy seed dressing:
cup sugar
tsp minced onion
tsp paprika
tsp Worcestershire
cup Vegetable Oil
cup cider Vinegar
1 T poppy seed

Mix dressing ingredients together. Toss with salad.
