¾ -1 pound salmon fillets or steaks
Marinade:
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp. ground ginger or 1 T minced ginger root
3 T. bourbon
3 T. onion, chopped
2 T. soy sauce
2 T. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and marinade in zip-lock bag 1-6 hours. Add oil to non-stick skillet fry pan. Fry. (Can grill- watch browning)
