1-pound small red potatoes, cut into ½ inch wedges (about 3 cups)
1 (16 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
1/3 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 cup sour cream
½ cup sliced green onions
1 tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
3 cups chopped, cooked ham (about 1 lb.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1 pound potatoes, covered, in boiling water to cover 10 minutes or until tender (do not overcook); drain and set aside.
Cook frozen mixed vegetables according to package directions; drain and set aside.
Combine mayonnaise and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl. Gently stir in potatoes, vegetables, and ham.
Cover and refrigerate 8 hours or overnight.
