1 C sugar,
2 T cornstarch,
1/2 pt coffee cream,
1 pie crust (frozen is ok)
Fresh, peeled peach halves

Directions:
Directions:
Line pie pan with pastry.
Blend sugar and cornstarch. Spread 3/4 of mixture over pastry.
Fill pie pan with peach halves, hollow side up.
Sprinkle with remaining sugar/cornstarch mixture.
Carefully pour cream, putting some in each peach hollow.
Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 30 more minutes or until peaches are done and cream thickens.
