1 pound ground beef
2 small onions
1 c chopped celery
1/2 c rice, uncooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream mushroom soup
1 can bean sprouts, undrained
1/4 c soy sauce
1 can chow mein noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet. Pour off excess fat. Add
onions, celery, rice, soups, bean sprouts and soy sauce. Turn into a casserole; cover and bake at 350º for 1 hour. Top with chow mein noodles; bake 10 minutes longer.
