4 c cooked chicken
2 c sliced celery
2 c seasoned croutons
1 c mayonnaise
1/2 c milk
1 t salt
1/ t pepper
1/4 to 1/2 c chopped onion, depending on taste
8 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
1/4 c sliced almonds

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Combine chicken, celery and croutons. In another bowl, blend together mayo, milk, salt and pepper. Mix in onion and cheese. Pour over chicken mixture and toss until well blended. Spoon into casserole and sprinkle with almonds or crushed potato chips. Bake uncovered about 45 to 60 minutes.
