1 box White cake mix
3 tbsp flour
1 package strawberry jello (regular size)
1 cup salad oil
4 eggs
1/2 cup water
1/2 package frozen strawberries in syrup

Frosting
1/2 stick butter
1/2 package frozen strawberries in syrup
2 cups powdered sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, flour and jello. Add oil. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add water and half of the strawberries. Bake in greased tube pan at 350º for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool and frost (see below)

Frosting: Melt butter with 1/2 package strawberries. Mash berries into butter. Stir in powdered sugar until spreading consistency
