1 package frozen spinach, thawed
1 can (10 oz.) water chestnuts, drained & chopped
3 green onions, chopped
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
2 cups sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 round pumpernickel loaf

Directions:
Directions:
Squeeze moisture from spinach. Combine all ingredients except bread in bowl and mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours to blend flavors.

Hollow bread to create bowl. Reserve remaining bread and cut into squares.

Spoon spinach mixture into hollowed bread. Serve with bread squares or veggies.
