2/3 c. sugar
6T. corn starch
1/2 t. salt
3 c. milk
4 slightly beaten egg yolks
4 T. butter
4 t. vanilla
4 egg whites
4 banana's

Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º. Bake 2-9" pastry shells till golden brown. In medium pan,combine sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Blend in milk the egg yolks. Cook and stir till thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla. Cool.Beat egg whites to soft peaks, Gradually add the remaining sugar and beat stiff peaks. Put your banana's in your pudding and fill your pie crust. Meringue goes over the top and bake till you have a soft golden brown top.
