6 c. pared and sliced apples
1 egg
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sifted flour
1 t. baking powder
3/4 t. salt
1/3 c. butter,melted and cooled

Directions:

Place apples in a baking dish. Mix egg, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together with fork until crumbly. sprinkle over apples. Pour butter over entire mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon.
