1 whole pineapple cut into chunks
5 large cloves of garlic
½ cup fish sauce
¼ cup cut up fresh ginger
1 tablespoon dry red chili peppers (to taste)
2 tablespoons of palm sugar (brown or regular sugar can be substituted) (to taste depending on sweetness of pineapple)
1 tablespoon Hoisin sauce
1 handful of fresh Cilantro

Puree in highest speed of blender until mixed well.
Split into two parts, freeze one half for next use. Stir well after thawing.
