3 lbs roast beef
1 c water
1 cup red wine vinegar
2 large onions-sliced
1 tsp salt
8 bay leaves
18 cloves
1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Cover roast and marinate @ 48 hours, turning several times. Cook like a pot roast.
