1/2 c. crisco (solid)
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 oz. chocolate melted
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 c. oatmeal

Directions:
Directions:
Melt shortening, add sugar, egg, melted chocolate & vanilla. Sift baking powder & salt with flour. Then add oatmeal. Stir. Roll into a ball & flatten with a fork dipped in cold water. Bake at 350 for 10 to 15 minutes
