2- 8oz packages cream cheese
˝ c sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract or flavoring
12 oz package mini chocolate chips
6 oz pre-made pie shell (graham cracker or shortbread)
2 T milk

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 450.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla with mixer. Stir in 1˝ C of Chocolate Chips. Pour into crust.

Bake at 450 for 10 minutes “WITHOUT OPENING OVEN DOOR”. Reduce temperature to 250 and continue baking for 30 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and place on wire rack. Cool completely.

Put remaining chocolate chips and 2 T milk in cup or small bowl. Microwave for 20-30 seconds and mix until smooth. Cool slightly and spread on top of cheesecake.

Refrigerate overnight. Serve and enjoy the next day.
