1 lb. breakfast sausage
6 eggs
2 cups milk
6 slices of bread, cubed
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
dash of oregano
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain well. Meanwhile, beat 6 eggs. Add milk and beat. Add bread, mustard and oregano. Pour into greased 9 X 13 pan. Sprinkle cheese over the top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
