6 C cubed, cooked chicken
4 C broth
6 C cooked rice
2 C milk
4 tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
3/4 C flour
1 small can pimento's
2 small cans mushrooms

Directions:

Make gravy of melted butter, flour and seasonings. Mix everything together and put in cake pan. Sprinkle top with breadcrumbs. Bake 45 minutes at 350
