7-8 slices white bread 2/3 c grated cheese 1 stick butter 3 cloves garlic boneless chicken cut into large strips
Melt butter in saucepan. Add garlic and saute lightly. Cool. Put bread in food processor to make crumbs. Mix in cheese and parsley. Dip chicken in butter-garlic mix. Coat with crumb mixture. Place in buttered baking dish. Pour remaining butter over top.
