3# ground beef
48 oz. can tomato juice
big can tomato sauce
7 oz. can tomato paste
19 oz. can tomatoes
4 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 spanish onion
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. crushed chillies
salt and pepper over top of chili
kidney beans if wanted

Directions:

Brown beef and drain off fat.
Add all above ingredients except kidney beans.
Simmer on low for 4 to 5 hours.
Add kidney beans if wanted.

cook potatoes and add them about 1 hour to finish time. It makes the chili more filling.
