Big bag of prawns peeled and uncooked
2-4 tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro or to taste
1/4 or less white onions (very little)
4-5 garlic cloves or to taste
1-2 serrano peppers
1 whole avocado diced
1 whole cucumber diced (optional)
1-2 very soft/juicy lemons
1 can V-8 juice (single serve 12 oz size and ketchup

Directions:
Cut up all vegetables. (these veggies is the same ingredients as the ceviche). Put prawns into a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil or until prawns turn pink. Do not over cook!!! Cooks fast! Remove from heat, and add V-8 juice and 5 shakes of ketchup to the pot. (Juice and Ketchup is to your taste). Then put all vegetables into pot. Squeeze lemon juice. Stir and serve with soda crackers.
