1 - 2 tablespoon oil
Round steak
garlic powder
1 can Beefy mushroom soup + 1 can water
1 can cream of mushroom soup + 1 can water
1 medium onion
whole red potatoes
carrots, bite size

Directions:
Directions:
Season meat with garlic powder and brown meat in oil. Mix soups with water. pour into covered baking pan. Top with onions. Bake at 325 degree oven for 3 hours. Turn oven temperature to 350 degree add potatoes and carrots. Bake for 1 hour.
