Olive oil
1 large clove of garlic - finely chopped
2 medium zucchini - sliced
2 medium tomatoes - quartered
Any colored pepper - sliced
sea salt, pepper
basil fresh or dried
chili flakes
Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
heat oil add onion and garlic then add the veggies and turn down the heat and cook just a few minutes then flip to other side, season and sprinkle with Parmesan to taste and cover until the cheese is just melted. Serve immediately
