4 cups rolled oats/rye flakes/wheat flakes
1 cup low fat soy flour
1 cup coconut
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup walnuts or almonds or ?
1 cup - whatever you like
1 cup honey - may have to use more depending on how many extras you use.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a giant bowl, the 4 cups can be of any combination or individually to add up to 4 cups, mixing honey last to form chunks. Toast in 325 degree oven, turning often, till golden brown. Enjoy!
