3 t. butter
2 c. broccoli florets
2 carrots, sliced
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 t. dried thyme,crushed
1 cup fresh or frozen pea pods
1 cup cashews
1/4 c. dry white wine
6 oz. linguine - cooked - 3 cups
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Melt butter, stir in broccoli, carrots, onion, garlic, thyme, salt & pepper. cook 5 minutes, add pea pods, cashews, wine, cook 2 minutes more. Toss pasta with veggies & cheese.
