2 lbs New potatoes, 1/2 cup zesty italian dressing, 1/2 tsp black pepper, 1 large onion (cut into chunks), 1/4 cup fresh parsley, 2 slices bacon-crisply cooked and crumbled, 1 cup double chedder shredded cheese.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450 F. Toss potatoes with dressing and pepper in greased pan. Spread into single layer. Bake 20min. Stir in onions. Continue baking x 20min, or until veggies are tender. Sprinkle with parsley and bacon. Top with cheese and bake an additional 2 min, or untio cheese is melted.
