6 eggs
2 cups milk - amount may vary
1 package smoky links - cubed ham or bacon
1 package sharp cheddar cheese
1 t. dry mustard
1 T. minced onion - optional
1/2 t. paprika
6 slices bread, cubed

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, add milk and other mustard, onion, paprika, salt, pepper;

Put Bread cubs on bottom, next put meat(ham or bacon), next cheddar cheese, sometimes I use half Swiss cheese and half cheddar. Next pour over the milk and egg mixture. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake 350 - 1 hour or until set
