Ingredients:  
1 cup chopped onion
2lb. ground beef
1 can chicken soup
1/4 cup chop suey sauce
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm can mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat, onion & celery and cook slowly for 20 minutes. Cook rice in salted water and blanch. Combine all ingredients and bake in casserole dish for 1 hour at 350
