4-5 chicken breasts, halves
2 C thinly sliced celery
1 sm. onion or 6 gr. onions, finely chopped
garlic and salt to taste
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of vegetable or celery soup
1/2 bag tortilla chips
3/4 lb. grated cheese
1/4 C margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken until it falls from the bone. Cool and remove meat from bones-reserve 2/3 C chicken broth. In a large frying pan, saute onion & celery in margarine until tender. Add green chills, both cans soup and reserved broth. In 10x10 or similar casserole, place layer of broken tortilla chips, chicken, grated cheese and then sauce mixture. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
