2-4 sweet onions mushrooms dash sugar 2-3 Tbsp. butter salt and pepper sweet Vermouth grated Parmesan cheese
Slice onions and mushrooms. Melt butter and saute onions and mushrooms with dash sugar, salt and pepper till translucent. Add vermouth and cook 2-3 minutes till softened. Put in baking dish. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350º until lightly browned (about 20 minutes) It is a wonderful side to steak!
