1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
3 T. lemon juice
mix above together
Add: 3 egg yolks (one at a time)

Fold in 3 beaten egg whites
Fold in 1/2 pint whipping cream(whipped)
Directions:
Directions:
Slice Angel Food Cake very thin, place on layer of cake in tin, then one layer of filling; then one layer of cake until there are 3 layers of cake.

Then whip 1/2 pint whipping cream for top and sprinkle with coconut. Place in refrigerator overnight.
