1 large package Oreo Cookies
1 cup melted butter

Second Layer:
8 oz Philly cheese
1/4 c. milk
9 oz. cool whip
1 c. powdered sugar
Mix together and pour over layer #1

Third Layer:
1 large box instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Mix and put over layer 2

Fourth Layer:
3 oz cool whip

5th Layer:
Sprinkle with 4 oz mixed nuts
