Rack of ribs,
Montreal Steak Spice,
1 Red onion, Hot sauce, BBQ sauce.

Directions:
Directions:
Cut ribs into serving sizes. Put in BIG pot of water with Montreal Steak Spice (LOTS!!!!), hot sauce (about 1/2 cup), BBQ sauce (1.2 bottle),and onion (chopped). Boil about an hour and a half. Allow to cool in the water. When ready, put on BBQ (low) for about 15 min using the rest of the BBQ sauce.
