1 lb. chicken
1 Tbsp oil
3 cups chopped veggies (red pep, gr pep, broccoli, mushroom),
1 clove garlic, minced,
1/4 cup Catalina Dressing,
1 tsp crushed red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in oil in fry pan until browned. Add veggies and garlic; cook another 3-5 min. Add remaining ingredients. Serve over rice.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I add a little extra garlic and double the dressing amount. Be careful with the crushed red pep if you don't like it too hot.
