2 Bags of Spinach
2- 8oz. Sliced water chestnuts, drained
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
16 oz. Bean Sprouts
# bacon, crisp
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1/3 cup Catsup
cup Wine Vinegar
1 T. Worchestier Sauce
cup sugar
2tsp. Salt
1 small onion, chopped

Can be made ahead. Serves 10-12
