4 oz. Bittersweet or semisweet choc., chopped
1 Ĺ tsp. Solid vegetable shortening
20 leaves

Directions:
Directions:
Line cookie sheet with foil. Stir chocolate with shortening over low heat until melted. Remove from heat. Spread thin layer of chocolate over veined side of leaves. Donít drip over edges. Place on prepared sheet. Refrigerate about 30 min. Gently peel off chocolate. Starting at stem end.
Keep for 1 day.
Refrigerate in single, airtight layer.
