½ cup soy sauce ½ cup chopped fresh parsley ½ cup olive oil 2-3 large garlic clove (3/4 T. - Jar) 1 T. Thyme 1 T. Rosemary 1 T. dry Mustard 1 tsp. Oregano
Tenderloin 4-6 #
Marinate overnight. Preheat oven to 450. Bake for 10 min. Decrease heat to 350 and bake for 30-40 min. When serving at room temp; remove when internal temp is 140 degrees and place in refrigerator in metal pan.
