1/3 cup melted butter
1 T. soy sauce
½ tsp. Paprika
¼ tsp. Pepper
¼ tsp. Onion powder
¼ tsp. Basil

Directions:
Cut bird in half; brown in butter and 2 T. Sherry breast down; move to foil.

Rub seasonings over bird.

Cover with foil and bake 325 for 2 hours or 350 for 1½ hour.
