2 beef bouillon cubes
1 small package lemon jello
1 cup boiling water
tsp salt
1 cup miracle whip
8 oz. cream cheese
1 can corned beef, finally diced (12oz)
2 cups finally diced celery
cup finally diced green pepper
cup onion
3 hard boiled eggs diced

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve beef bouillon cubes with lemon jello, boiling water and salt. (Use electric mixture). Cool. Add miracle whip, cream cheese. Beat until smooth. Fold in corned beef and celery, green pepper, onion, & hard boiled eggs. Put into 10x10 pan & chill til set. Serves 8
