8-10 apples peeled and sliced
Mix apples with:
1 tsp cinnamon
½ cup sugar
dash nutmeg

Topping:
¾ cup flour
½ cup sugar
6 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pour apple mixture into fluted pie crust.
Blend topping ingredients with pastry cutter until pebbly. Sprinkle onto apples.
Bake 350º for 40 minutes, then 400º 10-20 minutes until very bubbly.
If topping is getting dark after 1st 40 min, cover with foil for remaining time & watch carefully
