1 16-oz. loaf of white bread
1 stick of softened butter
2 cloves of garlic- large
1 heaping tbsp parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Mix the ingredients in a bowl. Cut the bread into 1-inch thick slices, spread the butter mixture onto each slice. Wrap in foil- make sure the side with the butter mixture is facing away from the foil. cook in the oven for 15 mins.

4 small garlic cloves can be use instead of the 2 large.
Eat with a pasta.
