Need 1 gallon jar and 1 sturdy balloon 4 1/2 c. sugar 1 qt. grape juice 1 pt. cranberry juice 1 cake yeast
Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water-pour into jar. Add juice and finish filling jar with water. Put balloon over top and fasten with rubber band. Let stand until the balloon goes down, approx 3 to 4 weeks.
