1 lb mild sausage
8 eggs
6 slices of bread, cubed
2 c.milk
1 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook sausage, drain and crumble. Add lightly beaten eggs, cubed bread, and rest of the ingredients. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Refrigerate overnight. Bake until eggs are set.
