1 lb (about 9) tomatillos, husk removed, rinsed, and quartered
2 jalapeņos, stemmed and halved
1 c lightly packed cilantro stems and leaves
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion
1/2 tsp salt
2 T water

Directions:

Combine all ingredient in a blender or processor and pulse a few times before blending into a puree.
