12 small, ripe Roma tomatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs), cut into 1/4" dice
2 serrano chiles, seeded and minced
1/2 small red onion, diced
Cilantro, 1 bunch, chopped.
1 T. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp sugar

In a large bowl, mix all ingredient's together and serve.
