1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
5 T. flour
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
5 pears
Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, butter, flour, eggs and vanilla until creamy. Cut 5 pears and slice and place in pie pan with crust. Pour mixture over pear slices. Bake at 350º for an hour or until toothpick comes out clean. (No crust on top)
