10 Lasagna noodles
1 lb. hamburger (uncooked)
1 jar spaghetti sauce
1 16 oz. container cottage cheese
1 egg
3 c. mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the hamburger and spaghetti sauce together and set aside. Mix the egg and cottage cheese together and set aside. Place 5 uncooked noodles on the bottom of a 9x13 pan, spread 1/2 the hamburger sauce on top; spread 1/2 of the cottage cheese mixture on top of the hamburger mixture; top with 1 1/2 c. cheese. Repeat steps one more time. Freeze! Or bake about an hour.

Thaw completely; pour 3/4 to 1 c. water around the edges of the pan. Cover with tinfoil and bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
