1 stick butter - soft
1 jar old English cheese
1 1/2 t. mayonnaise
dash garlic
1/2 t. salt
2-3 green onions chopped
dash tobasco
1 can crab meat - rinse - shred
6 English muffins - split

mix butter & cheese, add remaining ingredients, mix well, spread over muffins, cover and freeze. Broil until bubbly, cut into quarters
