1 kg sugar for each 1 qt. of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Pour sugar and milk in a BIG kettle. Stir, stir, stir and stir some more until, a caramel color is formed.
Once it has thickened, lay out on wax paper, it should only be half to three-quarters inch thick. *DON'T LET IT COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE THIS POINT* Once cooled, cut into small square/rectangles.
